meal plan & grocery list – week 7

You guys, I’ve totally been neglecting the blog this week. I haven’t felt very good, and my thesis is due in a matter of weeks, so my time is being spent there. As soon as it’s submitted though, it’s back to posting more recipes (and other types of posts I have brewing). 

I hope everyone has fun plans for the weekend! My mom gets into town tonight so we will be showing her around Houston for a few days. It was supposed to rain all weekend but the forecast improved and some pool time may be able to happen now 🙂

Enjoy this week’s meal plan. I LOVE all of the recipes, especially the super healthy tomato soup and Greek mint meatballs. Have an awesome weekend!
