chocolate chip banana energy bites

energy bites

These little guys are delicious, healthy and perfect for snacking or dessert. I’ve made a lot of different “energy bites” in my day and they’re so easy and great to have in the fridge or freezer when you need a snack. When working with medjool dates, which the recipe calls for, it’s definitely easier if you have a large food processor, but the combining process can be done in a blender too.

Just place all ingredients into a bowl, combine, then pour contents into either a food processor and a blender and pulse until combined. Roll into balls and you’re done.

I will be posting more of these recipes for sure. My favorite so far are the cashew chocolate chip cookie dough balls. They honestly taste just like cookie dough but are made with healthy cashews. So addicting. Coming soon!
